Appointments with our doctors and nurses are in high demand. If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer need it, please advise by ringing reception as soon as possible. The account holder will be charged a fee of $40.00 for any unkept and unnotified appointment. This fee will apply to all age groups including children.
Your after-hours calls are redirected to the Homecare Medical nurse triage service and will be answered by a registered nurse.
The HML nurse triage services provides a free after-hours telephone consultation with a registered nurse. When necessary, the HML nurse may advise you to go to an urgent after-hour’s accident and medical centre for car.
The service has registered nurses and mental health and addictions specialists providing phone and online advice, support, assesment of symptoms, triage, treatment advice, and preventive and educational aspects for a range of health, well-being and counselling services.
