FAQs
为什么 ACC 治疗要收取附加费？
事故赔偿计划为所有新西兰居民和新西兰游客提供全面的无过失人身伤害保险。该保险包括对初级保健费用的分摊，但并不承担所有费用。
- ACC 对 13 岁及以下儿童免费。所有其他年龄段的人与克劳福德医疗中心的医生进行 ACC 咨询时，需支付标准附加费。
- 标准附加费适用于随后与医生进行的所有咨询。
- 与护士协商重复包扎需支付附加费
- 13 岁以下儿童在接受 ACC 咨询时无需支付附加费。
- 社区服务卡持卡人在出示社区服务卡时可享受费用减免。

如何提交 ACC 申请？
医生为您填写事故索赔表，并以电子方式发送给 ACC。我们每天都会这样做，以便任何建议的外部治疗提供方都能获得您的 ACC 号码。有时，ACC 可能需要 24 小时来处理索赔，周末则需要更长时间。
如果 ACC 拒绝索赔会怎样？
您的 ACC 索赔属于保险索赔，ACC 有权批准或拒绝您的索赔。如果您的索赔被拒，您将收到 ACC 附加费与医疗咨询费之间的差额发票，根据您是否是注册患者而定。
什么时候应该带孩子去看医疗服务提供者？
如果您的孩子有以下情况，请带他到医疗机构或医院急诊科就诊：
- 似乎更不舒服
- 异常困倦或难以唤醒
- 呼吸困难（呼吸困难或呼吸急促或嘈杂）
- 持续呕吐
- 脾气暴躁，不愿意被抱着
- 抱怨脖子僵硬或光线刺伤眼睛
- 出现异常皮疹
- 饮水或进食困难
- 排尿不正常（对于婴儿，尿布保持干爽或 24 小时内尿湿的尿布少于三块）。
- 痛苦不堪
- 似乎没有改善，或者您出于任何原因而担心
- 发烧超过 5 天
3 个月以下儿童的任何发烧都属于急症，必须立即就诊。
3-6 个月大的孩子发烧超过 38.3 度也属于急诊。
给大一点的孩子
- 发烧可能是带孩子到医疗机构进行检查的征兆。
- 发烧可以帮助身体抵抗感染，但也会让孩子感觉不舒服。
- 如果孩子发烧但心情愉快，您无需治疗发烧。
- 如果您的孩子感到不适并发烧，您可以使用扑热息痛进行治疗，每 4-6 小时一次，每次正确剂量，24 小时内最多使用 4 次。

生病的孩子总是非常重要的。请为年幼的孩子申请紧急预约或到诊所就诊。
如何获取测试结果？
在克劳福德医疗中心，我们的政策是只有在结果异常、需要医学复查、需要电话咨询或涉及换药时才与患者联系。
我们鼓励所有患者注册 “患者门户网站”，通过该网站，您可以在世界任何地方全天候访问您的检查结果、筛查和召回信息。要使用这项服务，患者必须在 “管理我的健康 “网站注册，该网站只对 16 岁及以上的个人开放。请注意，只有 16 岁以上的患者才能使用。我们不允许共用家庭电子邮件的患者访问门户网站，因为这将侵犯个人隐私权。

我有听力障碍，如何预约？
如果您有听力障碍并且在预约时遇到困难，请注册我们的患者门户网站 “管理我的健康”，或发送电子邮件至[email protected]，建议预约时间并告知听力障碍情况。前台接待人员可以帮助您注册在线预约和门户网站访问。
我们将在系统中提示您听力受损。
我们可以从翻译服务处预约手语翻译。我们需要提前两天通知您，以便为您安排。
我怎么知道什么时候来做定期检查？
一旦您在我们这里注册，您就会被录入我们的召回系统，我们的护士会确保提醒您宫颈癌筛查、乳房 X 光检查、免疫接种、糖尿病检查、体重评估、血压检查和其他健康检查的筛查要求。
如果英语是我的第二语言，我该怎么办？
如果您无法预约到会讲您母语的医生，请在预约时要求接待员为您预约翻译。患者不能直接打电话。
口译服务对新西兰公民是一项免费服务，但您需要预约两次（30 分钟），因为这项服务会延长预约时间。
为什么我需要看医生重复开处方？
为了您的临床安全，我们诊所不赞成患者在未经审查的情况下重复开处方。不过，我们也理解有时有必要这样做。我们的最低要求是，您必须在过去六个月内看过医生，才能申请重复处方。我们的执业医师受医疗法律责任的约束，必须确保安全处方，因此在某些情况下，您的申请可能会被拒绝，您需要接受执业医师的检查。

为什么我的账户被收取了管理费？

银行付款可在网上进行：澳新银行豪维克分行，01-0170-0112566-000 请在详情中注明您的姓名、出生日期和发票号码。
如果月底有发票未付，我们的系统会自动在您的账户余额中扣除 15 美元的管理费。如果发票以 14 美元支付，管理费将返还到您的账户中。
Cancellations
