旅行健康与疫苗接种
我们建议您在旅行前尽早预订，因为有些疫苗接种和治疗需要时间。我们的团队还能就高海拔地区旅行、怀孕期间旅行、降低深静脉血栓风险等问题提供建议。旅行健康咨询对于到海外探亲访友的人来说尤为重要。由于与当地社区的密切接触以及对目的地特定健康风险的认识不足，回国人员往往面临更高的风险。
旅行前接种疫苗
除抗疟药物外，我们还提供以下疫苗接种：
- 狂犬病
- 小儿麻痹症
- 伤寒
- 甲型肝炎
- 破伤风/白喉
- 百日咳
- 脑膜炎
- 流感
- 乙型肝炎
- 日本脑炎
- 其他
旅行者医药箱
在海外旅行时，最好带一个小药箱，以备小病小伤之需。重病或事故应由当地医疗服务机构和旅行保险提供商处理。
基本工具包可包括
- 止痛（扑热息痛/阿司匹林）
- 消毒剂和膏药
- 驱虫剂和防晒霜
- 口服补液盐
- 绷带、镊子、剪刀
- 感冒/流感药片或润喉糖
- 净水药片
