Crawford medical operates with a team of ten doctors working from the surgery. A Practice Manager, Practice nurses,  Marketing/Office manager and receptionists make up the team.

Dr Bruce Greenfield commenced his practice in Rices Mall, Howick in October 1972. His qualifications include MBChB Otago University1969 and Diploma in Obstetrics from Auckland University in 1971. His medical specialities now include care of the elderly and teaching of graduate doctors who are undergoing training for General Practice. He works as a designated doctor for Work and Income and undertakes commercial diving medical examinations. Golf is currently his main sporting interest. Dr Linley Murray is a general practitioner in the truest sense and this is exactly what you want from your family doctor. She is qualified with an MBChB, FRNZCGP and a Diploma in Community Emergency Medicine. She has been working at Crawford Medical for twenty years.
Dr James Lin has practised medicine in Taiwan and New Zealand. Fluent in English, Taiwanese and Mandarin, Dr Lin has worked in New Zealand for four years and has completed the General Practitioner Programme. He focuses on community health. Dr Lorraine Forbes works in all aspects of general practice with the exception of maternity shared care. She was born and raised in Zimbabwe and studied at the University of Cape Town Medical School. Lorraine has worked at Crawford Medical since she arrived in New Zealand in 1993.
Dr Graham Witney has worked in the Howick area as a GP for nearly 20 years. Graham graduated from Auckland University and has had five years training as a general surgeon. Although Graham enjoys all aspects of general practice, his special interests are minor surgery and health promotion. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking and boating. Dr Renee Greenman is a South African trained doctor who has held GP positions in the Bay of Plenty and several other areas in Auckland. Her special interests are paediatrics, dermatology and psychology.
Dr Ruoh Sim came to New Zealand from Malaysia at 17. After graduating from Medical School he worked in Invercargill and Hawke’s Bay before moving to Auckland. He has worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for more than 2 years with special interests in elderly care, minor surgery and new technology in medical practice. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Dr Helen Liley and her husband Andy (a paediatric anaesthetist) and their 4 children recently arrived from the UK where she worked as a general practitioner for 10 years. Her special interests include cardiovascular disease and women’s health. Helen also worked for CADS. When Helen is not at work she enjoys running, playing the trumpet and piano as well as baking.
Dr Bryn Thompson previously worked in general practice in Drury and more recently as a locum. Bryn is intrested in most areas of general practice, particularly children’s health, internal medicine and preventative health. He is the medical columnist on Saturday Mornings with Paul Holmes, Newstalk ZB. His wife Rebecca is also a GP and they have 4 young children. Dr Christine McIntosh is joining the Crawford Team after being away for three years.  She has been working in General Practice in Papatoetoe doing research at the University of Auckland and having her third daughter. Christine has experience in all aspects of general practice with special interests in infant, child and women’s health.  Her general area of research through the University of Auckland is on sudden unexpected death in infancy, previously known as "cot death".
