Home visits can be arranged when there is a genuine inability to attend the Centre. To request a home visit, call the Centre to arrange a time suitable to both yourself and the Doctor |

To ensure we continue prescribing correctly, we prefer that you make an appointment so we can monitor your condition. This is a safeguard for both doctor and patient.
Occasionally, in special circumstances, we will provide a repeat prescription, if within six months of your last consultation with the Doctor.
